Bayleaf keeps your recipes as recipe cards, including recipes you save from AI chats like ChatGPT. Bayleaf is made by VinciVision LLC (Florida, USA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: vincivisionllc@gmail.com.
We don't collect your location, contacts or browsing activity. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking, and we don't sell your data.
Only to run Bayleaf for you: to sign you in, store and show your recipes, and let the assistants you connect save and read recipes in your cookbook. We may email you about your account (for example, to confirm it).
If you connect Bayleaf to ChatGPT, you sign in and approve the connection yourself. ChatGPT can then save recipes and versions to your cookbook, find and read your recipes, and read and add to your staples. The recipe content you send through that chat is also handled by OpenAI under their own privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time in ChatGPT's settings.
Your data is stored with our service providers Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage, in the United States) and Vercel(our web server). Sign-in with Apple or Google is handled by Apple and Google. Each person's recipes are private to their account.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account, recipes, versions, groups, staples and photos. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
Bayleaf isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app.
